1 chicken breast (cut into the size pieces you like)
2 sweet potatoes, 2 small potatoes, 2 carrots, 0.5 onion
broccoli, feta cheese, avocado and some cream cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees, peel (optional), carrots & potatoes [I peel everything except the usual potatoes], put in a plastic bag and pour some olive oil - Then put it all on a plate. when the oven is hot put it in there for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Slice the onion and put it in the plastic bag - which already have olive oil. [the onion goes in the oven when the potatoes are ALMOST ready, depending of how soft you want ‘em] - Fry the chicken, season with chili flakes, cayenne pepper and paprika spice. Add Broccoli or boil it. - When the vegetables in the oven is getting ready, add the feta cheese only the last minute. - Just to mix together, like a simpler guacmole only, an avocado, cream cheese and lemon.
